Luno Kitchen Menu
- Luno Kitchen prepares all of its dishes only with fresh products, the outcome of which are honest flavours without any additives. Furthermore, the pure ingredients are always used as fresh as possible as the dishes are prepared by professionals, and made with love. Enjoy the new international cuisine, where only pure flavours and delicious combinations are important. Food that is tasty and healthy, is always possible.
A tartine is a large sandwhich (whole grain or white) from the Vlaamsche Broodhuis. All of which are topped with fresh products. Honest, pure and healthy, that is the Luno Kitchen philosophy.
- Serano ham, sundried tomatoes and Parmesan cheese.
- Ham, pickles and mango chutney.
- Buffalo mozzarella, tomato, basil, and a pesto dressing.
- Tuna salad with onions, celery and a spicy red pesto dressing.
Tartine smoked chicken
- Smoked chicken, guacamole and a salsa sauce.
Tartine smoked salmon
- Smoked salmon, cream cheese and a tzaziki dressing.
Tartine oriental chicken
- Chicken salade with celery, shallots, raz-el-hanout and mango chutney.
- Old cheese with a sour garnish and mustard and mayonnaise dressing.
Tartine provincial - served warm
- Tomato, red pesto, provincial herbs and mozzarella.
Tartine Valencia – served warm
- Choriza, red onion, tomato, basil, green pesto and gorgonzola.

Tartine brie de meau
- Brie de meau, walnuts, acacia honey.
Home-made traditional hotpots. All hotpots are served with either rice or mashed potatoes.

These French oven dishes are a delicious combination of meat, fish, vegetables and potatoes. Fresh, honest and healthy.
Hachis salmon and broccoli
- Oven dish with salmon, crème fraiche, dill, mashed potatoes and broccoli.
Hachis with lamb and carrots
- Oven dish with lamb mince, onions, garlic, coriander, shallots, carrot mash and raz-el-hanout.
- Oven dish with beef mince, kidney beans, chorizo, onions, parsley, cheese and mashed potatoes.
Hachis Parmentier – Vegetarian
- Oven dish with qourn, kidney beans, red paprika, onions, parsley, cheese and mashed potatoes.
The salads are prepared with upmost fresh products and home-made dressings. All of the salads are served with a basket of bread from the Vlaamsche Broodhuis.

Chicken piri - piri salad
- Mixture of salad leafs with chicken piri – piri, sun dried tomatoes, chives, cashew nuts and honey mustard dressing.

- Mixture of salad leafs with tuna, cappers, tomatoes, haricot verts, potatoes, red onions, olives and a nicoise dressing.
Tomato & mozzarella salad

Our home-made soups are freshly made every day. They are served with a basket of bread from the Vlaamsche Broodhuis. You can choose between a small or large bowl.
Courgette and herb cream cheese soup
- Courgettes, carrots, herb cream cheese, basil, mint and cream.
- Slightly spicy chicken soup with courgettes, garlic, coriander, coconut milk, yoghurt and masala herbs.
Pomodori paprika soup
- Tomato soup with roasted paprikas, basil, thyme, onions and goats cheese ravioli.
Carrot and coriander soup
- Carrots, fresh coriander, cream, parsley and crispy bacon.
Our omelets are made in a special oven dish, hence the name Omelet Fritata. It is served with a basket of bread from the Vlaamsche Broodhuis.

- Mushrooms, cheese and chives.
All of the pasta’s are made a-la-minute, so you will always receive a plate of fresh pasta in which you can only find fresh ingredients.
- Thin tagliatelli with lean beef mince, bacon, tomatoes, rosemary, onions, celery, red wine and thyme.
- Pasta with a mix of mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, basil, garlic, parsley and Parmesan cheese.
- Pasta with smoked salmon, crème fraiche, parsley, garlic and dill.
Luno Kitchen has two special menus for the little ones, since you can’t start young enough with eating great tasting and healthy food.
Luno Mila menu
- Spaghetti carbonara, fruit juice (orange/banana) and a carrot or cucumber nibble.
Luno Sem menu
- Jam*, ham or cheese sandwich, fruit juice (orange/banana) and a carrot or cucumber nibble.
